Terms of Service
By using TravelAI (travelaibg.com) you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they include important rights, obligations and limitations.
1. What TravelAI is
TravelAI is an information and discovery service. We help you plan trips, find flights and hotels, and compare prices via affiliate partners. We are NOT a travel agent, airline or hotel — we don't sell, issue or operate any of the services shown. All actual bookings, payments and traveller-supplier contracts happen on the partner's site under the partner's terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking through our partners. By using the service you confirm you are.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
4. Pricing and availability
Prices and availability on TravelAI come from third-party APIs and curated data. They are estimates — final, binding prices appear on the partner's checkout, in real time. We cannot guarantee that a price seen on TravelAI will still be available at the partner site. We are not liable for price differences, sold-out inventory or partner-side errors.
5. Bookings and cancellations
Every booking is a contract between you and the partner (the airline, hotel, OTA), governed by their terms and cancellation policy. Read them before paying. We don't process refunds, changes or claims on the partner's behalf — please contact the partner directly.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use TravelAI to: (a) scrape or republish content without permission, (b) submit false or fraudulent bookings, (c) abuse our AI chat (spam, prompt injection, attempts to extract proprietary prompts), or (d) violate any applicable law. We may rate-limit or ban accounts that do.
7. Limitation of liability
TravelAI is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by Bulgarian and EU law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, lost trips, missed flights, partner-side errors, or any loss exceeding the amount of affiliate commission we earned from your specific booking (typically a few euros). Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
8. Intellectual property
The TravelAI name, logo, AI prompts, code and curated content are our intellectual property. Partner brand names (Booking.com, Aviasales, airlines, hotels) belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the service will be resolved by the competent courts of Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections under your country of residence.
