Need a hand? You're in the right place. Below are the answers to the questions we get asked most. If anything is missing, just write to us from the Contact Us page and we'll get back to you within one business day.
How does TravelAI work?
TravelAI is an AI-powered travel concierge. Tell our chat where you'd like to go (or just describe the kind of trip you want — "weekend in a big city under 500€", "family beach holiday in July") and we instantly build a full itinerary with flights, hotels, daily plan and a price estimate. When you click Book, we redirect you to the partner site (Aviasales, Booking.com, Hotels.com, etc.) where the actual purchase happens — securely, on the partner's checkout.
Do you sell flights and hotels directly?
No. We are an affiliate aggregator — we surface the best deals across our partners and earn a small commission when you book through us. That commission costs you nothing extra; the price you see on the partner page is exactly what you pay. Your booking, your money, and your customer support relationship are all directly with the partner (the airline, the hotel chain, or Booking.com / Aviasales).
Are the prices I see real?
We label every price clearly with one of three tags: • "Live" (green dot) — a cached price from a partner API, accurate at fetch time. • "Est." or "~€X" — an estimated range based on historical fares for that route or hotel category. • "From €X" — a promotional entry-point floor for our featured packages. The final confirmed price is always whatever the partner shows on their checkout page. We never charge you directly.
How do I save trips and get price alerts?
Create a free account (one-tap Google sign-in or email/password). Once you're in, every trip you build in the AI chat can be saved to your dashboard. From any flight result you can also tap the bell icon to subscribe to price-drop alerts — we'll email you the moment a fare drops below your threshold.
My booking confirmation didn't arrive — what now?
The confirmation comes from the partner you booked with (Booking.com, the airline, etc.), NOT from TravelAI. Check the inbox of the email you used at their checkout (and your spam folder). If you used an alias or typed the wrong address, contact the partner's customer service directly — their phone and email are usually in your bank-statement description.
